Semi-Automatic Tabletop Filler – 6S-FILL-TOP Family

The development of the 6S-FILL-TOP semi-automatic filler is progressing at a steady pace. This solution, designed to increase productivity with optimized operation, is ideal for environments requiring flexibility and fast filling without compromising quality. Its intuitive design allows easy integration into various processes.

Fully Automatic Line – Filling, Freeze dryer Loading, and Capping

One of our most ambitious manufacturing projects is the fully automatic filling line, covering everything from precise dosing to Freeze dryer loading and capping, offering a comprehensive solution.

This line has been strictly designed in compliance with Annex 1 regulations ,ensuring the highest level of quality and safety in pharmaceutical production. The entire process is carried out under a GMP-compliant design. Is equipped with a laminar flow system to maintain environmental purity. Additionally, the system incorporates O’RBAS, allowing exhaustive control of material and personnel flow within the area, minimizing contamination risks and optimizing process traceability.
